- Correlations on Grit and Work Performance: Inspired by related literatures showing that Grit is a determinant of being successful in life, a company wishes to explore whether the same variable correlates with the work performance of its employees. Using the standardized instrument to measure Grit and Work Performance, collected data is made available for exploratory analysis to check whether a significant relationship exists between said variables.
- Correlations on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance: Despite voluminous literatures that confirm the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance, the company wishes to assess whether such also occurs within its context. Having met the desired sample size using Modified Cochran and randomly sampled participants, gathered data is to be explored to confirm whether a significant relationship exists between aforesaid variables.
- Correlations on Radio Advertisement Spending and Sales: The company wishes to explore whether spending on advertisements via the radio is likely to increase sales. As such, data has been collected across different branches that had budget for radio advertisements together with their respective sales for the period. This project will explore whether a significant relationship exists between aforesaid variables.
